For remote areas there is a case of additional charge for which we will inform you by phone before sending the order. For orders costing up to 150 euros the cost is 5 euros for all products shipped with ACS Courier.

When sending the order from our store, you are informed via email and text message with the shipment number of the parcel and the corresponding link so that you can track your shipment in real time.
[3]. All orders we accept in our online store are processed within 24 hours. Excludes non-working days, national and local holidays. [4]. All our parcels are sent within Greece in cooperation with ACS Courier.
[5]. The average delivery time for northern Greece and the islands is 2 days, except in remote areas where the parcel can be delivered up to 4 days after shipment. For the rest of Greece the shipments are delivered the next day of the shipment.
[6]. It is possible to receive the order from the store. In case you choose to pick up your order from the store you should know that your order will be available for 2 days and you can pick it up on the days and hours of operation of the physical store. In case you do not receive it, your order is automatically canceled. Payment of your order at the store upon receipt is not charged extra.
